Pop musician Miley Cyrus won her first Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance on Sunday night for her 2023 hit “Flowers,” which might’ve come as a surprise to the viewers at home given how long she’s been working in the industry.
During her performance of the song, Cyrus shared the fascinating factoid with the crowd at the ceremony and the viewers at home by saying, “I just won my first Grammy!”
It was a really fun revelation for those not up to date on their Grammy statistics, as Cyrus’ first win came with plenty of excitement for her and everyone in the room.
