Miley Cyrus fans hail new EP She Is Coming as 'the best music of her career'

Miley Cyrus has released a brand new EP titled She Is Coming - and fans are already describing the six tracks as her “best work.”

The singer dropped the new record last night after hinting at a new project with a series of social media teasers for the past few weeks.

She also performed three of the tracks - Cattitude, Dream and Mother’s Daughter - at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Middlesborough earlier this month.

The new EP, which follows 2017’s Younger Now, features contributions from Wu Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah and Drag Race host RuPaul.

A statement from the musician revealed that Cyrus is planning to release two further EPs throughout 2019, with She Is Here slated to drop later this summer and She Is Everything expected to arrive in autumn or winter.

“Each drop is a different chapter to a trilogy,” the singer explained.

Fans on Twitter were quick to praise the star for her latest musical endeavours, singling out Mother’s Daughter as an immediate standout and praising Cyrus for tackling “brand new territory.”

“Mother’s Daughter is one of the best songs of the year. Hands down,” one Twitter user wrote. “One of the best to come out of pop music in a while. Miley is stepping into brand new territory and it’s WORKING.”

“This EP is the best project Miley has put out since Bangerz,” another fan added, while a third wrote: “Mother’s daughter is literally one of the best songs in miley’s discography.”

“Miley what were you thinking. What on earth. This is the best music of your career,” another comment read.

Other supporters said that the new release “gets better and better” with every listen.

Cyrus is set to perform at Glastonbury Festival next month, and will also appear in the forthcoming fifth season of Black Mirror on Netflix as a pop star “whose charmed existence isn’t quite as rosy as it appears,” the streaming service said.
