Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth will be celebrating Christmas this year with the knowledge they won’t be legally married for much longer - as their divorce is said to be all but signed by a judge.
The celebrity couple stunned fans just one year ago with an apparent impromptu wedding ceremony at 27-year-old Miley’s family home in Nashville last year.
Video leaked on December 23, 2018 showing the Wrecking Ball singer and Hunger Games actor lover Liam, 29, celebrating with family after swapping vows.
But in celebrity land, one year can be a very long time - and by Christmas 2019 the couple are said to be ready to divorce after splitting in August.

According to TMZ, the divorce is as good as “done” after the pair are believed to have thrashed out their demands via lawyers.
Laura Wasser is reported to be representing Australian hunk Liam, while Judith R Forman is reported to be representing pop beauty Miley.
The divorce is said to be reasonably straight forward due to the couple having no children.

TMZ reports Miley will take custody of their animals, while “there’s a prenup so dividing property wasn’t all that tough.”
The divorce is due to be finalised in March.
Fans were stunned when the couple announce their split in August after just eight months of marriage - but following 10 years as an on-off couple.

Miley and Liam fell for each other in 2009 as they starred in the film The Last Song together.
They first became engaged in 2012, but split in 2013 - but reunited in 2016, before splitting for good in 2019.
On 21 August 2019, Liam filed for divorce from his wife, citing “irreconcilable differences” and has since spent most of his time in his native Australia.
Meanwhile Miley swiftly moved on from the collapse of her marriage by enjoying a fling with Brody Jenner’s estranged wife Kaitlynn Carter, before embarking on a romance with Australian pop hunk Cody Simpson.
