Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are keeping things 'amicable' while dealing with divorce negotiations.
The pair - who announced their shock split earlier this month after a eight-month marriage - are expected to be officially divorced by Halloween .
There appears to be no issues between the former couple who have reportedly left their lawyers to finalise details according to The Blast.
TMZ reported that it was Liam who allegedly filed for divorce last Wednesday citing "irreconcilable differences".
They also had a prenuptial agreement in place, meaning their earnings during marriage are separate - so there are no issues over money.
The agreement is said to be "very specific" and was drawn up when they decided to get married so that things wouldn't get messy if they split.
According to The Blast Liam and Miley, who both own property, will maintain ownership of their property.
As they have no children there are less complications - although how their numerous pets will fit in is unclear - and neither will pay spousal support.
Miley and Liam announced their separation on August 10, after ten years in an on-off relationship.
A spokesperson for Miley told People : "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time.
"Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers.
"They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart.
"Please respect their process and privacy."
Not long after that, Miley was in Lake Como.
Kaitlynn had recently split from her husband, The Hills star Brody Jenner.
Miley and Liam tied the knot in December in a stunning low-key ceremony, 10 years after they met on the set of movie The Last Song.
