Milestone has revealed the new career mode for RIDE 6 with a trailer focused on RIDE Fest, a travelling motorcycle festival built around freedom, competition and community. The game launches February 12 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store with Early Access available from February 9.
RIDE Fest replaces the traditional championship structure with a more open, chapter-based progression system. Players can choose which events to take on, including single races, endurance challenges, championships and time attacks, organized into themed areas based on bike categories, manufacturers, circuit types, weather conditions and legendary champions.
A major addition is the inclusion of 10 real-world motorcycle legends who serve as the final challenges within select chapters. Names like Troy Bayliss, Casey Stoner and James Toseland headline the lineup, while Niccolò Canepa, Peter Hickman and Ian Hutchinson focus on endurance and precision. Tyler O’Hara highlights Bagger racing, Guy Martin represents road racing and Thomas Chareyre and Skyler Howes bring Motard and off-road disciplines into the mix. Defeating these legends unlocks signature bikes and gear, but only after earning enough Fame Points, which are also used to unlock new events across the festival.
The RIDE Fest paddock acts as the central hub, where players can manage activities, upgrade bikes with their mechanic crew, shop for equipment and customize bikes, helmets and racing suits. A dedicated Festival DJ sets the tone, introducing each chapter through themed cutscenes and music. RIDE 6 also introduces Maxi Enduro and Bagger categories, off-road circuits and a new dual-physics system that allows players to choose between Pro and Arcade handling, letting them tailor the experience while maintaining a solid simulation core.
