A lot of people, including myself, picked former Spartan and current Charlotte Hornet Miles Bridges to be the NBA’s Most Improved Player for the 2019-20 season. Thus far, he has been looking the part, putting up highlights galore. Then tonight, against the Los Angeles Lakers, Miles Bridges set a new career high in points with 23 in a loss at the Staples Center.

Bridges went 8-for-17 from the field including 2-for-4 from the three point line. He also added six rebounds and three assists on one of the better performances in his career.

Bridges previous career high was 20 points set March 23rd against the Boston Celtics.
