Celtic have been linked with a move for right back Milan van Ewijk.
The Dutchman is currently with Eredivise outfit Den Hagg but has been watch by the Celtic Park scouts.
The 20-year-old has 18 months left on his contract so could be ripe for a cut price move this summer, especially with Den Haag in a relegation battle.
However, the Hoops may face stiff competition in their bid to lure him to the Scottish Premiership.
German cracks Schalke, Hamburg and Darmstadt are all tracking him along with Belgian side Gent.
Jeremie Frimpong’s £11.5million departure from Celtic to Bayer Leverkusen has left a hole at right back.
Jonjoe Kenny will fill it until the summer, having signed on loan from Everton until the end of the season, becoming Neil Lennon ’s last addition in the process.
Van Ewijk's agent, Style de Jong, said: "At the moment Milan is focusing on the relegation battle with Den Haag.
"He is not distracted by all the interest in him.
"We have drawn up a step-by-step plan together to make the best choices in his early, but promising career and we will stick to that."
Van Ewijk has made 24 appearances for ADO so far this season.
