Mikey Moore will not feature for Rangers against Dundee this weekend.
The Tottenham Hotspur wonderkid is on loan at Rangers for the season but is yet to make his debut due to a paperwork hold-up.
The delay, due to Moore being under-18 and being deemed a minor by FIFA, has continued, with paperwork still not finalised.
Therefore, Moore is still ineligible to play for Rangers at this time.
Rangers boss Russell Martin confirmed: "Moore just not there, a lot of protocols need to go through for under-18s."

Martin previously warned it could be a little while before Moore can feature.
"We're still waiting," said Martin last Friday.
"So I don't know when he's going to be available because it takes a bit longer because he's deemed a minor by FIFA under 18.
"So we're at their beck and call, really, and waiting. So everyone's pushing for it, the SFA, the FA, us. So we just have to wait and see when that comes."
