Mikey Johnston has posted an update on Instagram as he continues his injury recovery.
The Celtic winger underwent an operation in August after a season blighted by issues that cruelly curtailed his appearances.
He last featured for Neil Lennon 's side against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park in January.
The Hoops academy graduate limped with a knee issue and hasn't been seen on the pitch since.
But it appears he's winning his fight to return to full fitness.
A return to competitive action isn't quite on the cards yet for Johnston and given his issues last term Celtic will likely look to manage his comeback carefully.
Speaking on August 17, Lennon suggested it would be at least another month before fans would see him again.
He said: " Mikey Johnston has had his surgery so we're looking at a time frame of maybe three to five weeks."
Johnston also struggled with calf problems during the 2019/20 season.
