Arsenal's defeat against Aston Villa on Sunday night displayed a worrying trend for the Gunners that has now dogged them for the last four Premier League matches.
Mikel Arteta's side have gone over a month now without scoring a goal from open play in the top division. It is now six hours and 26 minutes since their last goal in the league which wasn't a set-piece - Nicolas Pepe's effort in the 2-1 win against Sheffield United back at the start of October.
The Gunners have had just one win since then - the 1-0 victory over Manchester United, thanks to a penalty from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
And in their other three matches, they've been beaten to nil by Manchester City, Leicester City and Aston Villa.
Arteta's side have lacked fluency in attack in the Premier League, with the current 4-3-3 system seeing Aubameyang pushed wide onto the left of attack and Alexandre Lacazette deployed in the centre.
The French striker started the Premier League season well, with a goal in each of his first three games against Fulham, West Ham and Liverpool.
However, he has not scored since that trip to Anfield in September, and saw a good chance go begging against Villa as he headed over from close range.
Arteta said following the game that he will try to help players in his squad who are not performing, but added that he will consider changes over the international break.
"My job is to get the best out of the players and put them in the best possible scenarios," Arteta told reporters. "If they’re not performing it’s because we have to help them more.
"We will consider [changes] when we look back at all the games we played since the last international break.
"It depends on who's in good form, good spirits and we will try to make the right adjustments."
