Mikel Arteta gave his young players a very simple message ahead of this evening's Europa League clash with Dundalk.
With the Gunners already through to the knockout stage and with top spot in the group wrapped up, Arteta made 11 changes from the weekend's north London derby defeat to Spurs in the Premier League.
Among those changes were the likes of Emile Smith-Rowe, Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiah.
But there is no pressure on those players to prove themselves to their boss this evening, according to the man himself.
Asked ahead of kick-off whether the players needed to make their case, Arteta said the opportunity was a reward and not a challenge, telling his players to 'just enjoy'.
"They know they have a chance every day in the way they play," he told BT Sport. "This is more of a reward than a chance.
"It's a reward for what they are doing and how they are evolving. It's an opportunity to enjoy. Just enjoy."
Asked about all the changes he has made to his side for tonight's game, Arteta said: "We have some players who have come back from long-term injuries who haven't featured yet. It's great to have them back in the team and the squad.
"We are giving chances to some youngsters as well. We want to see them in big competitions, and there are some senior players who need minutes in their legs as well."
Arsenal have struggled in the Premier League so far this season but they have had no such issue in the Europa League, winning all their games ahead of the trip to Ireland.
The Gunners' youngsters may not be under pressure to prove themselves tonight, but they will be keen to do so regardless with spots in the starting 11 potentially up for grabs given recent form.
