Mikel Arteta demanded his Arsenal players stay off social media in the aftermath of their disastrous derby day defeat away at local rivals Tottenham last season.
The Gunners went into the game knowing a win at the home of their arch-enemies would secure Champions League football for the first time since 2017. They also boasted a five-point advantage over Spurs ahead of kick-off with just three games left to play in the campaign.
What followed derailed the tail-end of Arsenal's season entirely, as they were beaten in humiliating fashion with Spurs running out 3-0 winners. The Gunners' efforts were hardly helped by the fact that central defender Rob Holding was red-carded just after the half-hour mark, 11 minutes after Harry Kane put the hosts in front.
Kane's opener came from the penalty spot following a decision from referee Paul Tierney that Arteta was clearly furious with. The Spaniard told Sky Sports after the game: "If I say what I think, I'd be suspended for six months. So I cannot say."
Arteta's real anger though was with his players and he made sure they were all aware in the dressing room come full-time. The 'fly on the wall' cameras for Amazon's 'All or Nothing' series captured the Arsenal manager's furious meltdown in full - including the moment he called for a social media blackout from the squad.
"Okay, this game is history. We don't talk about this game anymore. It's gone. No social media, no s**t in the media, don't give them absolutely nothing," Arteta barked at his troops.

"We cannot do anything about it, it's gone. You know how we lost it. We have to move on. Now, in this moment, we have to start to beat Newcastle now.
"This is gone, we cannot change it. Guys, we learn from it. I will complain about everything that I can to try to defend our club because it was a f***ing joke about what happened out there. But, after that, it's still in our hands."
Remarkably, the Arsenal squad failed to learn their lesson and slipped up yet again at St. James' Park less than a week later, all but ending their hopes of returning to the European elite and their fate was sealed six days later when Spurs held their nerve on the final to pip them to the post.
Things have started brightly this season though, with two wins from two against Crystal Palace and Leicester City respectively to leave Arsenal second in the table behind only reigning champions Manchester City.
