Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder have been urged not to hang up their gloves after they came together to produce one of the best heavyweight boxing matches in years.
The Brit came out on top in that clash after flooring his American opponent for the final time in Las Vegas – a dramatic conclusion in the 11th round of their trilogy bout.
But both fighters had been sent to the canvas on several occasions, and continued to get back up and keep swinging in a slugfest for the ages.
It took a lot out of both, with Wilder suffering a broken hand and having to undergo surgery, while Fury has been told by several big names in the sport that he has nothing left to prove and that he can retire as one of the greatest of his generation.
While he is yet to announce any decision on his future, another heavyweight legend has urged the Gypsy King to keep going.
Mike Tyson wants to see Fury push on and continue to show the boxing world why he is the best around.
"Keep on winning brother, keep on winning," Tyson told Reuters.
"He's the lineal champion. He's the man who beat the man. He is heavyweight boxing, period. He is, nobody else.
"Ask anybody except for [Oleksandr] Usyk, who is the heavyweight champion? And Usyk might even say it's Fury."
And while Wilder will be hurting – both figuratively and literally – from his second defeat to Fury, 'Iron Mike' wants the Bronze Bomber to pick himself up and show the world he is far from finished.
"Keep fighting, make money, stack your money up, and call it a day," Tyson added.
While Fury's wife Paris has said she expects her husband to continue competing for a while yet, his expected next opponent has admitted he is not altogether convinced it will happen.
Dillian Whyte is expected to be named the WBC mandatory challenger in the coming days, with Fury likely to be forced to fight his fellow Briton while he waits for the outcome of Usyk's world title rematch with Anthony Joshua.
Whyte feels he has earned the fight, but admitted Fury "might just decide he's had enough".
