Heavyweight boxing legend Mike Tyson may now be 53 years old, but he can still pack a punch that would worry any of the world's top fighters.
That is if footage from his Instagram account is anything to go by.
"Iron" Mike is currently in training for a sensational return to the ring and it looks as if he is intent on retaining his crown as one of the world's most dangerous punchers.
In the video posted on social media, Tyson can be seen training wearing a red t-shirt and black shorts.
He is pouring with sweat as he throws a volley of punches.
Wearing a pair of black and golden gloves, he hammers the pads before smashing into the chest guard his trainer is wearing.
He then reaches for a right hook, knocking his trainer off balance with explosive power.
His trainer has to take a second to collect himself, as he takes a couple of steps away from Tyson to regain his composure.
The clip may only be five seconds long, but it shows that Tyson has lost little, if any, of the raw power and speed that made him such a dangerous champion.
Tyson recently revealed to rapper T.I. on Instagram Live that he was doing intense training sessions with a view to returning to the ring.
"I've been hitting the mitt for the last two weeks," he said. "That's been tough. My body is really jacked up, really sore from hitting the mitt.
"But I've been working out, Ive been trying to get some boxing exhibitions. I'm gonna get in shape so I can box some three or four round exhibitions for some charities.
"I'd like to do some charity exhibitions get some money to help the homeless or some drug-affected m***** f******, you know, like me."
