Mike Tomlin wins challenge after no-look lateral by Jared Goff

When the Pittsburgh Steelers pressure opposing quarterbacks, good things happen. Early in the first quarter, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff dropped back but thanks to pressure by linebacker T.J. Watt and defensive tackle Cam Heyward, he was forced to make an attempt at a ridiculous no-look throw to the flat.

The pass fell incomplete but head coach Mike Tomlin was quick to notice the pass was not only awful but backward. Tomlin threw the challenge flag and surprisingly won it, pushing the Rams back. This energized the defense who then held and forced Los Angeles to punt. This is the second challenge Tomlin has won this season
