The Pittsburgh Steelers entered Sunday night’s Wild Card game as massive underdogs to the second-seeded Kansas City Chiefs (-12.5 points at Tipico Sportsbook). Mike Tomlin’s seven-seed Steelers have nothing to lose, and even quarterback Ben Roethlisberger — who could be playing in his final game depending on the outcome — knows it’s a long shot for them to pull off the upset. “We don’t stand a chance,” Roethlisberger told the media earlier this week.
Tomlin knew he’d have to hype his team up, but he took a very eye opening route to do so.
“Don’t blink,” Tomlin said to NBC on the sidelines in KC before the game kicked off. “If you’re a blinker, cut your eyelids off.”
