Mike Thalassitis' devastated business partner has confirmed the Love Island star's restaurant will be opening in his honour, a week after his tragic death.
Mike - known affectionately as Muggy Mike from his time on the ITV2 dating show - was found hanged in a park near his childhood home a week ago.
Since then, reports have been mounting about his personal and financial problems, as well as his plans to open a brand new restaurant in Loughton, Essex.

Now, Mike's business partner Scott Neilson has revealed that The Skillet will indeed be up and running, as it is what Mike would have wanted.
In an Instagram statement, Scott wrote: "Just to address all the speculation. I would like to make it clear that we will be opening The Skillet when it is ready, it has been a tough week trying to continue to sort things out.
"However, Mike would've wanted this cafe to open, he spent everyday for the past couple of months working hard to make this place a success so we are pulling together to get this ready for everyone and especially for Mike.
"Can't wait to share it with you all, and I will announce the date of the opening shortly."

However, fans have been asking whether Scott can rename the restaurant to honour Mike, who found fame in the 2017 series of Love Island.
One wrote: "Only a idea but maybe The Skillet should be called Mike Thalassitis or Micheal Thalassitis?"
Another said: "Change name to Thalassitis, respectful tribute to him."
But others disagreed, pointing out that Mike and Scott had chosen the name together before Mike died.
Said one: "I think the name should remain as they both agreed and as Mike wanted it to be. He probably wouldn’t have wanted the joint venture to be named after him and they can’t all be named after him if it goes on to be a chain. Good luck with it all @scotty_neils . You have the full backing of everyone. Your opening night is gonna be amazing."

The news comes after Mike's friends and family held a touching vigil in the woodland where Mike died.
His pals honoured him on Friday by gathering in the park at Edmonton, lighting lanterns and candles in his memory.
They captured the emotional mood as it took place, sharing footage of his loved ones lighting their lanterns before symbolically letting them fly off into the sky.
