Mike Johnson thinks the Trump sharing a video of him defecating on ‘No Kings’ protesters is ‘effective’

It’s a well-known fact that Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, never finds fault with President Trump. His unwavering support for the orange dictator has been clear throughout Trump’s second term, but now, with the government in shutdown, his loyalty has become even more intense.

As the futures of many furloughed federal workers hang in the balance during this Republican-induced shutdown, Mike Johnson has been making several public appearances without a solid plan and a strong faith in his highness, King Donald I, whom he continues to praise. He’s shamelessly doing it all over again, this time telling people not to take his mockery of opponents too seriously.

If Democrats in sombreros weren’t enough to amuse Trump, he took it a step further by posting a video on Truth Social before the ‘No Kings’ protests on October 18. In this over-the-top AI-generated video, he’s seen flying a fighter jet and dropping faeces on Democrat supporter and influencer Harry Sisson and other protesters. While the MAGA crowd loved Trump’s gesture, many others slammed it, pointing out how the President seems obsessed with engaging in meme wars against his critics.

When asked about Trump’s childish antics, Mike Johnson recently stated in a press conference that the President’s moves were intentional and were meant to lighten the mood. He said:

“The President uses social media to make a point. You can argue that he’s probably the most effective person who’s ever used social media for that. He is using satire to make a point”

He then went on to praise Trump, insisting that he was not calling for the ‘murder’ of his ‘political opponents,’ referring to protesters opposing his government. Murder seriously?? Isn’t that a stretch? For all that he has done so far since assuming office, if someone had to murder him, he wouldn’t be here still. No offence.
