Tranmere Rovers shattered Newport County's promotion dream at Wembley on Saturday, winning 1-0 in the League Two play-off final after extra time.
Connor Jennings scored the only goal of the game in the 119th minute to send Tranmere back to League One at the expense of Michael Flynn's side.
