Mike Dean has been confirmed as the referee for Newcastle's game against Leeds United on Friday evening.
Both sides have endured a difficult start to the season and are without a win in their opening four Premier League fixtures.
Dean will be the man in the middle to officiate the fixture with Ian Hussin and Darren Cann acting as his assistants.
It's the first time Dean has officiated either side this season with the game kicking off at 8pm.
The Whites did the double over the Magpies last season, winning 2-1 at St. James' Park and blowing Newcastle away at Elland Road in a 5-2 victory.
The fourth official for the game will be Michael Salisbury and they'' be aided by Jarred Gillett on VAR and Neil Davies will act as assistant VAR.
