Mike Daniels spotted postgame on crutches with a walking boot

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Mike Daniels suffered a foot injury in the team’s 27-24 upset win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Daniels was spotted after the game with a walking boot on his injured right foot and crutches, per MLive’s Kyle Meinke.

Daniels left the game with a considerable limp and was quickly ruled out. Initial X-rays showed no broken bones, according to a report from Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, who was live on the scene.

This is not the same foot Daniels injured a year ago as a member of the Green Bay Packers. That injury cost Daniels the final six games and ultimately led the Packers to give up on the veteran tackle.
