Mike Bushell's wife Emily put her husband in the dog house after they were clashing over football rivalry.
It was a tense night in the Bushell household on Tuesday as their football teams went head-to-head when Leeds United took on Southampton.
Mike remains a loyal fan of Leeds United, in contrast to his wife Emily who supports Southampton.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 55, ended up in the dog house when his team Leeds United won 3 - 0 to Southampton.
In the snap, a bashful looking Mike peered through the bars of their dog's cage where he had climbed in after the game.

Dog toys were scattered beside the star in the cage.
Emily admitted there was "football rivalry" between them yet she said the "game had been a long time coming".
She wrote: "Mike’s in the dog house tonight!
"This game had been a long time coming. #leedssouthampton #footballrivalry @mikebreakfast."
Playfully, the BBC presenter said the bed was "comfortable" when he re-shared his wife's post with his following.
He responded: "It’s a comfortable bed to be fair. He he #leedssouthampton house."
Previously, Mike shed some light on his romance with Emily.
The sports journalist exclaimed their love story was something of a "whirlwind".
Confident in their love, Mike said he felt ready to propose in months.
He told OK! magazine : "We met at a friend’s party last February, started properly dating in May and by the October, I was ready to propose, so it was a bit of a whirlwind."
They tied the knot with family and friends watching in 2019.
The overflowing feelings were mutual as Emily previously gushed over their romantic bond they have together.
She told the magazine: "He’s everything I never thought I’d be with, but he’s the most perfect person and we laugh every day."
