Midtjylland have secured their own training base in Glasgow for their Champions League clash with Celtic – as Rangers offered use of their facilities.
The Danes won't be using the Auchenhowie pitches to prepare for the first leg of the second round qualifiers.
But after facing off against Ange Postecoglou's men they'll be granted access to the complex near Milngavie to train on Wednesday morning, according to the Mail on Sunday.
The relationship is understood to go back to when Rangers and the Danish Superliga side met in the Europa League qualifiers in 2019.
That topsy-turvy third round meeting was one to remember with Steven Gerrard's men emerging on top in an enthralling 7-3 aggregate scoreline.
And though the obvious link is that the Govan side just want to get one over on their rivals, the reality seems to be that both sets of coaching staff have remained close in the two years since.
Midtjylland will then travel home to Denmark to continue preparing for league opponents Aalborg on Saturday followed by their second leg at home.
They're looking to return to winning ways after a surprise loss to Odense at the weekend.
