Law firm, Shakespeare Martineau, has made a number of changes to its employment team, including a new partner in its Nottingham office - Rhys Wyborn.
Joining the team in the East Midlands, Rhys will specialises in handling disciplinary and grievance issues, as well as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
Having worked at Shakespeare's in the past, before its merger with SGH Martineau, he rejoins with diverse experience and skills, particularly focused on training businesses around HR issues.
Over in Leicester, Philip Pepper has taken over as head of the employment team, bringing 17 years' worth of experience to the role, while elsewhere in the region, the employment team in Birmingham has gained another member - legal director, Esther Maxwell. An experienced advisor, Esther's main focus is the education sector. Supporting clients on a variety of complex employment issues.
