Midland will return to Phonox for another residency this spring.
The versatile DJ will helm the decks at the Brixton club for five consecutive Fridays from March 1-29.
It will be his second residency at Phonox, following a sold-out stint of shows back in February 2018.
This latest stretch will open and close with Midland performing all-night sets, while on the other nights he will welcome a number of yet-to-be-announced DJs to perform alongside him.
“Last time I did the Phonox residency, it was a totally unknown entity that surpassed my expectations,” Midland said.
“Every week it felt like myself and the crew running the nights got to know each other a little better and what we wanted to achieve. Some weeks we saw familiar faces, some first timers and lots of friends.
“This time it feels like coming home, but there is still that unknown which makes it so exciting. Also, its down the road from my gaff.”
Midland has garnered a reputation as a style-shifting DJ, whose selections flow seamlessly between various genres. He is a regular on the London clubbing scene — in 2018, he played shows at Fabric, Corsica Studios and Ministry of Sound.
