Neil Warnock is reportedly stepping up his pursuit of former Sunderland striker Josh Maja, according to reports.
Today's Mirror claims that Boro are interested in bringing the 22-year-old to Teesside this summer.
The Boro boss is a fan of Maja, having tried to sign him from Sunderland when he was boss at Cardiff in 2019.

Instead, the youngster opted to move to Bordeaux, where he's scored just nine times in 45 appearances.
The French club are reportedly looking to offload Maja and Warnock's side are in the market for a striker this summer.
Maja spent the second half of last season on loan at Premier League strugglers Fulham, who have since turned down the option to buy the forward for £9million.
However, Boro would only be interested in doing a deal, if the Ligue 1 club drop their asking price.
Les Girondins are nearing new ownership after going into administration and the Championship club are hoping to capitalise on their financial predicament.
Warnock revealed he wanted to bring three strikers through the door this summer, having finished tenth "without a striker."
Sunderland's local rivals were linked with a move for Charlie Wyke but he looks set to join Scottish giants Celtic, while there have also bee rumours linking them with moves for out of contract duo Luke O'Nien and Denver Hume.
