Mics caught Philip Rivers burning Bears linebacker with funny trash talk

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Philip Rivers is on a new team, but he’s back to is old ways. Rivers, a notorious trash talker (who also never swears), was mic’d up again in Week 4 after providing endless entertainment in Week 3. Rivers didn’t disappoint.

During the Colts’ 19-11 win over the Bears, Rivers was trying to draw the the Chicago defense offsides, but the quarterback didn’t have any success. So he gave up his efforts and moved his attention to linebacker Roquan Smith. Rivers wanted Smith to know just how badly running back Jonathan Taylor toasted the linebacker on a route earlier in the game.

“He turned the corner on you,” Rivers repeated.

Here’s a look at the funny moment.

Never change, Rivers.
