Mick Jagger back fighting fit after heart surgery as he films himself dancing

Mick Jagger shared a video of himself dancing enthusiastically on Wednesday, just weeks after undergoing heart surgery.

The music legend, 75, looked fighting fit as he returned to rehearsals for the upcoming Rolling Stones tour, after an operation to replace his valve forced the group to cancel their original tour dates.

Sharing the clip with no caption, Jagger's moves said it all as he shimmied his hips and pointed one arm in the air.

And fans could hardly contain their excitement as they flooded to comment on the image.

A source told  The Sun  Mick had been given the all-clear by doctors following his operation.

They said: "Mick is delighted to be back to full health and feels 100% after his op. He is his normal chipper and positive self.

"Doctors are really pleased with his progress and were happy to give him a clean bill of health."

They added: "His healthy eating has really helped with his recovery, he’s been taking it easy and resting. The health scare has just reminded him to keep taking care of himself."

The band will soon have an update about the US and Canada dates they were forced to postpone.
