Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has revealed his intentions ahead of the January transfer window
An arrival at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2016, the Belgium international - who scored the goal which clinched the Premier League title in his debut season - hasn't been able to nail down a regular place under three different managers.
Loaned out to Borussia Dortmund by Antonio Conte in the second half of the 2017/2018 campaign and wasn't even given a chance by Maurizio Sarri last term.
Batshuayi began last season on loan with Valencia, but returned to England in the new year and saw out the campaign with Crystal Palace.
He was one of many to benefit from the Blues' transfer ban in the summer as he is one of three centre-forwards at new head coach Frank Lampard's disposal this season, although he is firmly behind Tammy Abraham in the pecking order.
Despite this, Batshuayi has still weighed in with some important goals this season - most notably the winner against Ajax in the Champions League - but is constantly being linked with a move away in order to play regularly.
Whilst admitting his role of a squad player in west London, the 26-year-old has seemingly ruled out a move in the new year.
"I have never been a full-fledged starter, but Chelsea is my club, that’s where I feel at home," he told Belgian radio station RTBF, as spotted on Reddit.
"It's a club I love deeply!"
These comments can be seen as a blow to Palace and Roy Hodgson.
Following a successful spell at Selhurst Park, here was talk of the Eagles attempting to sign Batshuayi on a permanent basis in the summer.
Of course, that never happened.
However, The Daily Express reported last month that Palace were considering a fresh move for Batshuayi in January, although it has been reported that the Blues value him at around £22million.
But it would appear that the striker has no intentions of leaving Stamford Bridge in the near future.
