There are huge expectations for Michigan State and Cassius Winston this year, and all eyes will be on East Lansing this college basketball season. Andy Katz of NCAA.com recently sat down with Cassius Winston to pick his brain about the season and we’ve got the footage below.
What I found most interesting is Katz talking to Winston about the expectations for the season. It’s certainly new for us Spartan fans to see our team as the preseason favorite, and it’s clearly still wild for Winston as well.
“It’s crazy to me that I’m considered the best player in college basketball. I was never the biggest, never the fastest. I had to be creative to make plays happen,” Winston said.
