Michigan State offers 4-star DT Joel Starlings of Richmond, Va.

Michigan State has thrown their hat into the Joel Starlings sweepstakes, with hopes of landing one of the top defensive tackles in the 2023 class.

Starlings — who is a four-star defensive tackle from Richmond, Va. — announced on Friday that he has received a scholarship offer from Michigan State. The Spartans join Arizona State, Florida State, Georgia, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas A&M and Virginia as schools that have already offered the high school sophomore.

Starlings is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 10 defensive tackle and No. 135 overall prospect in the 2023 class.
