Michigan State lands commitment of 4-star Center Mady Sissoko

Mady Sissoko, the 4-star center (no. 7 ranked center overall) out of Mount Pleasant, Utah has announced his commitment to Michigan State University. He announced his commitment this evening on his high school basketball team, Wasatch Academy’s Instagram account. This is a huge get by Tom Izzo and Michigan State basketball as they land their second 4-star recruit of the 2020 recruiting class.

Their first 4-star recruit was obviously Jalen Terry, a point guard out of Mount Morris, Michigan. In his decision, Sissoko noted the ‘amazing’ coaching staff. He also noted that he loves how humble Tom Izzo is despite his success, as well as his honesty.

Sissoko chose MSU over Kansas, BYU, and Memphis.

He also confirmed that he plans to sign his official scholarship offer in November.
