Eleven Spartans have now entered the transfer portal since the start of the 2020 season.
On Tuesday, Michigan State Football confirmed to Rainer Sabin of the Detroit Fre Press that redshirt junior Andre Welch has entered the NCAA transfer portal.
Welch has played a number of roles with the team, from kick returner to running back to wide receiver. As noted by Sabin, he found most of his playing time in 2018 but hasn’t been able to find traction since.
