Fowles is the No. 53 ranked player in Florida by the 247Sports composite rankings and their No. 276 ranked player overall.
He currently has offers out from FIU, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Miami, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCF, and West Virginia.
