While you may have been preparing for some New Year’s Eve festivities on Thursday, the Michigan State football coaching staff was out on the recruiting trail, handing out an offer to three-star offensive tackle Cason Henry of Marietta, Ga.
Henry, who is listed at 6-foot-6 and 280 pounds, announced the Spartans’ offer via Twitter on Thursday evening.

The Spartans are just one of the latest power five schools to hand out an offer Henry. He now holds offers from Michigan State, Purdue, North Carolina, Louisville, Kansas, Cincinnati, Coastal Carolina and Akron.
