One way that Michigan State Football has started to make waves on the recruiting trail is by finding under-recruited, but talented players early on before other big schools find them. That’s what they are looking to do with Shannon Blair, the currently unranked 2022 defensive back and wide receiver out of Knoxville, Tennessee who the Spartans offered on Tuesday.
MSU is Blair’s first Power-5 offer, but you can expect more schools to take notice now that the Spartans got involved.
