Michigan State has made another top priority targets top-ten list, this time in the form of Kevin Thomas. Thomas is a 4-star wide receiver from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Known for his versatility, Thomas will be able to be a burner as well as a big-bodied wide receiver. Thomas is currently ranked as the No. 458 prospect in the nation according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
Michigan State is featured in the top ten list along with Florida, Arizona State, Oregon, Cincinnati, Ole Miss, West Virginia, Texas A&M, Maryland and Nebraska.
