The hype for Michigan State basketball’s 2020 season is absolutely real. Today, the team released the new 2020-21 lineup along with new numbers for certain players. The first thing that jumps out to me is the inclusion of no. 1, Joshua Langford!
Aaron Henry has changed his number to no. 0 so incoming 4-star PG AJ Hoggard can wear no. 11. Also, incoming 4-star Center Mady Sissoko will be wearing no. 22 this season.
Lastly, it’s pretty cool that Steve Smith’s son, Davis Smith, is joining the team as a walk-on. He will wear no. 14, which used to belong to Brock Washington.

As of right now, it seems like the 2020-21 NCAA basketball season is headed towards a bubble-like setup, similar to the 2020 NBA playoffs. Let’s hope they pull this off so we can all enjoy some college hoops.
