Michigan State basketball to be at full strength against Northwestern

Michigan State basketball survived a scare from High Point on Wednesday afternoon, escaping with an 81-68 victory after trailing in the second half. Part of that scare was in part due to the Spartans missing four of their players, two being starters in Marcus Bingham and Max Christie.

The Spartans will be back in action against Northwestern on Sunday to kick off the new year and head coach Tom Izzo has announced that he expects his team to be back at full strength for the conference matchup.

With COVID, everything is day-to-day and nothing is guaranteed, but the Spartans are on track to have a full roster to start the new year.
