Ladies & gentlemen, Michigan State basketball has officially made an offer to Top-50 sophomore SF Ty Rodgers. This comes just a few days after Tom Izzo and company contacted Rodgers. Note, Izzo was one of the very first coaches to reach out to Rodgers.
Ty Rodgers is the definition of an athlete and can score at all 3 levels. Michigan State’s offer to Rodgers is just the first of many to come. There is no doubt this local talent will attract the attention of many top-tier collegiate programs.
According to 247Sports Composite Rankings, Rodgers is a 4-star SF ranking as the No. 2 prospect in Michigan in the 2022 recruiting class. The only player ranked ahead of Rodgers in MI is Emoni Bates. Note, Bates is also the No. 1 prospect in the entire 2022 recruiting class!
