The 2021 NCAA basketball rosters are all but set-in-stone now that the deadline has passed to withdraw from the NBA draft. Teams like Purdue, Michigan, Ohio State and Maryland will all have players returning who were recently in the draft process, and that was reflected in Andy Katz’s latest Big Ten power rankings, where the Spartans missed the top-5.
