Michigan State Basketball had not received a vote in the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY since January 25, but that changed on Monday when the Spartans finally received one vote in the poll after beating No. 4 Illinois and No. 5 Ohio State last week. The Spartans did lose to Maryland on Sunday after the impressive wins, which prevented them from getting more votes today.
Illinois will stay at No. 4 despite their loss to the Spartans, but Ohio State fell 5 spots to No. 10 due to losses to MSU, Michigan, and Iowa.
