Michigan’s John Beilein had a meltdown in the middle of Jim Harbaugh’s interview

Michigan basketball coach John Beilein was having a moment late in the first half of the Wolverines’ home game against Nebraska on Thursday night.

And it just happened to be right in the middle of ESPN’s sideline interview with football coach Jim Harbaugh.

Basketball and football spectacularly collided in this hilarious clip. As Harbaugh talking to ESPN’s Molly McGrath about his unorthodox coaching habits and taking his team to South Africa this year — he’s also taken them to Italy and France in past years — Beilein was losing his mind and yelling at a referee after forward Isaiah Livers was called for a foul.

The best part of Beilein’s accidental video bomb is that Michigan already had a 39-17 lead over the Cornhuskers in the final minutes of the first half. The Wolverines eventually won, 82-53.

Beilein’s meltdown made for an amazing moment, and sports fans loved it and had some jokes.
