Michelle Mone says she is now at 'ideal weight' after dropping seven dress sizes

Lingerie Entrepreneur Michelle Mone has dropped seven dress sizes to hit her ideal weight.

Scots Ultimo founder Michelle lost a staggering eight stone before tying the knot with billionaire Doug Barrowman recently.

But after contracting Covid she dropped another one and a half stone and says she's happy with her ideal weight.

The life peer, 48, has shed the pounds by working out and eating healthy and has even losing weight in her boobs.

She told her followers on Instagram this weekend: "I’ve been working out hard and I’m so excited to be back to a size 8! ."

"I’m where I want to be and it makes it all worth it! It’s taken me a year to get into this beautiful dress and I’ve come a long way from my previous size 18.

"Healthy body healthy mind."

Michelle shared a stunning selfie of her slimmed down figure wearing a revealing black feathered evening dress.

Michelle shared her former junk food diet which included fifteen cans a day of fizzy drinks, four McDonald's a day, 13 bags of crisps and bowls of chips at her worst.

The hardworking businesswoman said she applies the same philosophy to her eating as her business.

She previously said: "I wouldn’t destroy my business, why would I spoil my body? Bad food makes me feel lethargic and bloated. If only I’d learned that years ago. Now I’m a size 10. But at my biggest I was an 18-20.

"Weight loss is all about your mindset. For many years I put pictures of myself that I didn’t like in the kitchen, it put me off snacking. I’ve finally got to know my body and feel amazing in skinny jeans. I just need to be careful I don’t put it all back on now I’m hanging around the house all day."

And the mum-of-three is using her platforms to encourage others to take a stand against online abuse.

She posted on Twitter : "Recent news stories are continuing to highlight online trolls and nasty comments, it’s worth really thinking about whether what you’re saying is kind or useful. There is no excuse for abuse. #BeKind "
