Bra tycoon Michelle Mone shocked her Instagram followers today with a dramatic before and after picture of her eight stone weight loss.
Posting that her transformation was all down to making up her own diet plan ahead of tying the knot with her Scottish billionaire fiance Doug Barrowman. She said: "In the final weeks before my wedding I have really stepped up my game to get the body and mindset that I want."
She said: "I don’t follow anyone else’s diet or regime or have anything to sell, but I just love to inspire people and show that anything is possible.
I've created my own 29 step plan and by sticking to it not only did I lose weight but I feel healthier, centred and more in control."
Bra tycoon Mone, 46, said that she has tried to limit animal products within her diet and can really see the benefits.
She added: "I try to limit my animal proteins and stick to legumes, vegetables and a limited intake of fish. I VERY rarely eat sugar and try to avoid simple carbs and I don’t fry or batter anything."
She also said that she is really happy with her body now. She said: "I was given the advice to treat your body like a business, and as a successful business woman that was something that I could understand and really focus on and it's really transformed my life, mind and body."
Michelle has been planning her wedding since she announced her engagement in December.
At the time, she shared a photo of the couple on her Twitter account with the caption: “I said YES”.
Barrowman, 53, popped the question just months after they launched a new Bitcoin-esque virtual currency in February last year.
Mone, also from Glasgow, founded MJM International with her former husband Michael in 1996. The firm launched the world-famous Ultimo bra.
The 48-year-old was made a Tory peer in 2015.
