Michelle Mone gorged on McDonald's three times a day as she 'abused her body'

Michelle Mone ate three McDonald's meals a day at her heaviest - before losing an incredible eight stone weight loss.

The lingerie tycoon said you couldn't pay her a million pounds to go the fast food chain now as she shared the secrets to her success.

Speaking to New magazine, Michelle said: "I used to go to McDonald’s two or three times a day.

“It made me depressed and almost cost me my life.

“You could not pay me a million pounds to go into McDonald’s now.

“I abused myself for many years," she added. "It’s an illness and it got me into a very bad state."

After dropping her bad habits, Michelle slimmed down by six dress sizes.

She's now planning her upcoming wedding to billionaire Doug Barrowman that will see her don the dress of her dreams.

Earlier this year she said the secret to her weight loss success was 'treating her body like a business.'

"In the final weeks before my wedding I have really stepped up my game to get the body and mindset that I want," she told fans.

'Yes it takes time, yes it takes determination, but like anything if you put your mind to it you can get results. This post is not a sales pitch just me being real and completely honest with you guys...

Michelle said she had devised her own healthy eating plan that consisted of 29 rules.

Sharing some of her top tips, she revealed: "'I try to limit my animal proteins and stick to legumes, vegetables and a limited intake of fish.

"I VERY rarely eat sugar and try to avoid simple carbs and I don’t fry or batter anything..." she added.

'Fruit juice is a sugary no-go but I love making my own fresh juice using organic veg and produce," said Michelle.

She said she also tries to do one form of exercise a day.

After years of battling with her weight, Michelle also credited snapping pictures of her naked body as a good motivation for keeping her on track.
