Michelle Keegan has ruled herself out of ever performing on Strictly Come Dancing – and claims she has even turned down the chance to feature on the BBC show – after anxiously watching her husband Mark Wright on the show.
The 34-year-old ex-Coronation Street actress has been married to Mark since 2015 – and he was a contestant on Strictly the year before.
Mark, also 34, made it all the way to the finals of series 12 before becoming the first of the finalists to get knocked out of the contest – which he competed in alongside professional dancer Karen Hauer.
But watching her hubby skip, twirl and dance his way across the BBC stage was an anxious experience for Michelle who was forced to watch to see how the public would vote.

The Sun claims Michelle opened up to Graham Norton, saying: “I have a few times [been asked]. But for me, it’s the live audience… it’s a skill. It takes a lot of dedication and skill.”
She continued: “He [husband Mark Wright] did it like 5 years ago. It’s the music before it happens and the audience is really quiet and the lights come on.
“My heart was in my mouth for him. I couldn’t be on the dance floor, too scared, too nervous.”
Mark was tested to his limits when he was a contestant on Strictly in 2014.

He confessed that his brutal training regime and weekly performances left him too tired to perform in the bedroom when he got home to Michell.
He told Metro at the time: “I’ve not been waltzing around the bedroom. I sleep really good at the moment because I am tired all the time. And in pain!
“Since Strictly, every time I twist my back I hear ten cracks. That never used to happen. My ankles, my groin – everything is hurting in every place.”
This weekend sees Strictly reach the semi-finals of the 2021 contest – with AJ Odudu, Dan Walker, John Whaite, Rhys Stephenson and Rose Ayling-Ellis battling for a place in the final.
Appearing on Lorraine on Friday, show judge Craig Revel Horwood took a swipe at BBC Breakfast star Dan over his dance abilities.
Asked to describe the semi-finalists by Lorraine, Craig responded: "Amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, Dan."
After insisting he was just joking, Craig said: "I love him, look I love him. He is great and I love someone that tries. He represents a lot of the men in this country.
"If that inspires people to get up and want to dance then great."

Meanwhile show favourite Giovanni Pernice opened up about his friendship with EastEnders star Rose and how it has developed over the past three months.
He gushed on The One Show: “I think for me and Rose, it’s definitely from the beginning been more than just about dancing.”
Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One on Saturday night at 6:40pm.
