The Mancunian actress, 32, lamented about the mishap in the post as she was pictured holding a pair of killer Perspex heels in her hand while sat in the back of a luxury car.
And it seemed the heat was too much for the former Coronation Street star.
The brunette beauty quipped: "For those thinking about buying Perspex shoes, do not take them off in a hot country, they will NOT be going back on... #nogive"
As usual, the Brassic star looked sensational and oozed glamour in a tight black strappy dress paired with sparkly diamond earrings.
Her celebrity friends complimented her looks on the photo, and even her mother-in-law chimed in.

She flashed a huge grin in the picture as her dark hair was tied back out of her face, while enjoying the super loved-up getaway with hubby Mark Wright .
