Michelle Keegan stuns in emerald green suit as she films scenes for new series of Brassic

Michelle Keegan is currently filming the third series of Sky's Brassic.

And snaps captured on the set of the show, last week, reveal that the wardrobe department selected a stunning ensemble for the actress to wear as her character, Erin Croft, attends the on-screen wedding of Cardi and Caro.

In the photos, former Coronation Street star Michelle cuts a glamorous figure in emerald trousers teamed with a matching blazer.

The outfit - crafted out of velvet - highlights the wife of Mark Wright's enviable frame.

The Brassic costume team completed the look by giving Michelle black heeled shoes to boost her height and she can also be seen modelling thick gold hoop earrings and a blingy necklace.

To ensure she was camera ready, the make-up department highlighted Michelle's looks with bold cosmetics - which included coating her pout in bright red lipstick.

Her glamorous look was amplified with her long raven locked styled in sleek Hollywood waves that tumbled down her shoulders.

Brassic follows the lives of Vinnie O'Neill and his five friends living in the fictional northern English town of Hawley.

The show received winning reviews from critics and led to a Writers' Guild of Great Britain Awards for scriptwriter Danny Brocklehurst last year.

At the end of September 2020, it was reported that Michelle was tested for coronavirus after a crew member working on Brassic began to show symptoms.

Filming had to be halted to allow actors and production staff to be tested for the deadly virus on the set of the show.

A show insider told The Sun : "The safety of the cast and crew is of the utmost importance so until bosses know it’s totally safe filming won’t be going ahead.

"It could be a fortnight before it starts again. Michelle was due to start filming this week but nothing is happening until they’re sure it's safe."
