Michelle Keegan shares photos of her adorable dogs - and fans are in love

Michelle Keegan has melted hearts by sharing snaps of her beloved pet dogs.

The Our Girl actress and former Coronation Street star has posted photos of her beloved pooches on Instagram with the caption 'the last few days of summer' - and fans are in love.

Michelle, from Irlam, shared photos of her pet sausage dog Phoebe and Chihuahua Pip playing on the beach.

Strictly Come Dancing star Catherine Tyldesley, who played Eva Price in the soap, replied with a string of love heart-eyed emojis and another follower said "Awww too cute."

"Your dogs are adorable," another fan told her.

"Awww I do love a sausage dog," said another.

"I have a sausage dog , the most loving dogs ever. So obsessed with them," praised another follower.

Earlier this year Michelle shared a photo of herself cradling her Dachshund and told followers that they're her 'best friend.'

"Whoever said that diamonds are a girls best friend never owned a dog," she said.

Last year Michelle was spotted out with her cute sausage dog while filming the first series of the Sky One comedy drama Brassic, and she bumped into former Manchester City footballer Micah Richards while taking a walk in Hale.

Michelle, from Irlam, has been back in Manchester filming the second series of Brassic.

The series is set in the fictional town of Hawley, based on actor and writer Joe Gilgun's home town Chorley.

The TV star , who shot to fame as Tina McIntyre in Corrie and won an army of fans as Lance Corporal Georgie Lane in the BBC drama Our Girl, plays former wild child Erin in Brassic.

It follows a group of working-class friends finding ‘unconventional ways to win at life in northern suburbia.’

The drama centres on Vinnie, played by Joe, a Lancashire lad with bipolar disorder, and his best mate Dylan played by Damien Molony. Michelle plays Damien's girlfriend who has a young son called Tyler.
